At VKR & Associates, our fees are charged for professional time and expertise rendered. Since our services are advisory and filing-based in nature:

• Fees paid for completed work (ITR filing, GST returns, audit reports, etc.) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
• If a service has been paid for but not yet commenced, a refund request may be raised within 7 days of payment.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued for government fees, penalties, or third-party charges.
